The online process 33 BSC result 2012 published today by the Public Service Commission (PSC). 33rd Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) online result will save time and money, Public Service Commission (PSC) chairman A T Ahmedul Haque said.



“The result will be published within one year of issuing circular. Previously it took more than two years to publish results,” Haque said a media conference at his office.

The online process will entirely save approximately Tk 5 million, he added.

The preliminary test 2012 of the 33rd BCS may be held in the last week of May.

The 33rd BCS aims at filling up 4,206 vacant posts. This year, under the general category, 300 will be recruited for BCS (administration), 69 for tax, 89 for police, 16 for foreign affairs and 566 as general cadres.

The government will also recruit 2,905 cadres under technical/professional categories that include 2,572 doctors. Individually from these, 607 people will be appointed as teachers under BCS (education) and 112 for the teachers’ training colleges.
